What this site is, what it is not, and the basis on which you use it.
1. What this site is
RDP Harbor is an independent comparison and referral site for hosting plans. We publish descriptions of plans offered by third-party hosting providers and link to those providers' own websites. We are not a hosting provider, a reseller of record, a payment processor or an agent of any provider listed here.
When you follow a link to a provider and place an order, any contract for hosting is between you and that provider. Their terms, privacy policy, acceptable-use policy, billing terms and refund policy apply to that contract, not ours.
2. Accuracy of information
We transcribe plan specifications and prices from the providers' own pages and record the date on which we last checked them. Providers can change prices, specifications and availability without notice. We do not guarantee that any figure on this site matches the provider's current offer, and the provider's own order page always governs.
Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer to sell, or a promise that a plan will be available at the price shown.
3. Affiliate relationship
We earn a commission when you order through our links. This does not change the price you pay. The arrangement is described in the affiliate disclosure.
4. Third-party websites
Links to provider websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security practices or the services they sell. Visiting them is at your own risk.
5. Acceptable use of this site
You may read, link to and share this site. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to commit fraud. Our expectations for the servers you rent elsewhere are set out in the acceptable use page.
6. Disclaimer and liability
This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from services purchased from a provider. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this site belong to the operator of this site. Provider names, logos and plan names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services being described.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the site or the underlying offers change. The date at the top of this page records the last revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Contact and governing law
No contact address is published on this page yet. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of establishment, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
