Acceptable use

This site does not host anything but pages. The rules for the servers you rent through it belong to the providers, and they are enforced.

Where the rules live

RDP Harbor is a storefront. We do not operate servers, hold accounts or route traffic through our own infrastructure, so we cannot investigate or suspend a machine. Every order is placed with a hosting provider under that provider's acceptable-use policy, and the provider is the party that can act.

What is never acceptable

Using a rented server for anything unlawful is a breach of the provider's terms and may be a criminal offence. That includes, without limitation: attacks on other systems, malware distribution, phishing, fraud, child sexual abuse material, harassment, unauthorised access to accounts or data, and hosting content that infringes someone else's rights.

"No KYC" describes what a provider collects at signup. It is not permission, a shield, or an invitation to break the law. Providers respond to valid abuse reports and cooperate with lawful requests, and a storefront has no influence over that.

Reporting abuse

If a server rented through a link on this site is being used to harm you, report it to the provider that runs the machine first; they can act fastest. No contact address for this site is published yet. We will pass a provider-related report to the named host and, where the law requires it, cooperate with the authorities.
